Web Bookings
The On Line Web Booking system allows a guest to select a link on the your properties web page, and is taken to the on line web booking system on our server. The guest then selects the appropriate room type, desired date of stay, and any special requirements, and the system checks your database on line for current availability.
If there are rooms available, the guest has their booking confirmed, and a credit card payment is requested. If there is no availability, the guest is given another opportunity to make a revised booking.
Bookings will appear in the system as having been booked on the web, and will have a specific room number assigned. At this point, the guest are treated the same as any other guest booked in the system.
