Wylie Court Motor Lodge has a long established and respected reputation with business clients and tourists visiting Rotorua NZ. In mid 2015, the decision was made to evaluate various software providers as a replacement for the existing NZ PMS system which had been in place for many years. The 46-room Narrogin Motel, Narrogin, is in the heart of the wheat belt region of Western Australia, 192 kilometres southeast of Perth. Proprietor and accounts manager Brian Seale acquired the motel in 2012 and a short while later had the Starfleet hotel booking and reservation management system installed. Matthews Hotels, SA

Ben Denford is IT Manager for Matthews Hotels, a large group of some eight properties in South Australia with hotels in Adelaide, Whyalla and Mount Gambier. 300 Richmond

300 Richmond is a Serviced Office facility of 86 offices in Auckland, NZ. We implemented Starfleet in November 2012 to help manage the day to day running of our business. Starfleet is able to charge our tenants internet and telephone usage to their office account daily. This has minimised a lot of manual input from staff as before we would have had to run separate reports. Staff are also able to see at a glance what offices are currently occupied and vacancies coming up. It took a bit of settling in to adapt the program to our situation but we wouldn’t go back.
