Call Accounting (PABX) Module Allows you to track all telephone calls giving you the maximum benefit of your PABX system for either pulse or time charged calls. Includes inbuilt call costing module.
- All calls from Guest rooms are costed and charged to the room from which the call originated.
- Allows you to control costs giving overall usage for your property.
- All telephone calls are reported on either screen or printed output.
- Telephone calls can be monitored for either local, long distance or international usage.
- Call statistics can be retained on a charged out value and reported on for each financial period if desired.
- Directly checks and charges phone calls to the appropriate guest room in the Front Office System.
- Cost tables for time charging can be easily updated or added to as required.
- The Call Accounting module runs as a background task on your PC without affecting other software you may be using.
- The Call Accounting module continually monitors the status of the link to the PABX and reports if it becomes inactive.
- Allows limits to be set on each guest's dollar value of calls.
- Also available as a separate data link version for Movie Channel or Internet data use etc.
- Depending on the PABX, maids can call a number on the Guest's room phone, and mark the room as clean in the Front Office software. Requires a compatible PABX.
- Bi directional (two port) communication is an optional extra to this module.
- Requires a PABX with a compatible comms port and software (two comms ports for the optional bi-directional module) and with the appropriate features.
Keycard Module
Allows you to write or modify key cards for Guests directly from
the Front Office system (for example Kaba or Vingcard).
POS Module Link
Point of Sale link to a third party POS system. Now your Guests
can charge their meals back to their room, providing they are authorized
to do so. Provides Guest details to POS system to validate these
before posting occurs. Requires the POS system to be compatible.
Accounting
Module (Myob, QuickBooks, Attache etc)
Send the accounting summary from the Front Office to MYOB, QuickBooks or attache,
thus giving you the ability for a complete accounting solution.
