David Smail, who manages Peppers on the Point, has an extensive background in hotel management and is no newcomer to Starfleet systems, having used the software for more than two years in a previously held function. “ I looked at a range of software systems available, but Starfleet delivers what we want it to do” says David. Peppers installed Starfleet software in July 2004 and David states it has functioned perfectly. In making the decision to install Starfleet, David found that Starfleet stacked up very well against competitive products and had an excellent and well-deserved reputation for service.

Peppers have one Windows based PC and also one notebook to which data is also transferred so that it always has recent information to hand when the manager is out of the office.
